My Favourite Salad

Salads are the great addition to your meals routine, they are healthier and gives you enough nutrients and make it easier to eat more vegetables. I love eating Salads that are delicious and healthy too. today I am sharing my favorite recipe for Salad with you.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

Chicken breast                 250 gm           Boil and shredded

Green Peas (optional)      half cup           Boil

Potatoes                        2 Medium Sizes   Boil

 Carrots                         2 Medium     Cut into small pieces

Reddish One large       one Medium  Cut into small pieces

Cabbage                       medium size        Shredded

Cucumber      Two Cut into small pieces

Eggs        2 Boiled

A bunch of Lettuce Leaves

Mayonaise   1/4 Cup

Black pepper    half teaspoon

Salt  to taste

Method:

with fork shredded Eggs, and Mashed Potatoes, then in a Large Bowl mix, all the above-mentioned things together except Boiled Green Peas,(as they are optional you can add them later )

mix well and serve with Lettuce Leaves, you can Fill The Salad in lettuce leaves to have Salad rolls and can take them for your Lunch at work.
